Kimchi Deodorant
The present invention relates to a kimchi deodorant for removing odor generated from foods used in a food storage device, such as a refrigerator, and more particularly, when the kimchi is stored in a refrigerator or the like and used in a fermentation and storage device for kimchi. It relates to kimchi deodorant for removing various odors.
In general, these days when the refrigerator is universal, kimchi is stored in the refrigerator to eat as food while maintaining the freshness and taste of kimchi for a long time. When storing kimchi in the refrigerator, the inherent odors of the foods affect the foods in the refrigerator, so that the smell of one food is doubled to other foods. In particular, in the case of kimchi, the smell that occurs when the kimchi is fermented is considerably stronger than other foods, so it may lower the taste of other foods.
In recent years, kimchi fermentation and storage devices have been introduced to store kimchi for fermentation or fermentation. Even when the kimchi fermentation and storage device is used, the smell from kimchi tends to be strong, but even though it does not affect other foods, the smell of kimchi itself seems to cause some inconvenience to life.
Kimchi has various seasonings and seasonings, such as garlic, red pepper powder, ginger, and various kinds of salted fish. When kimchi is fermented, dozens of smells are generated from various ingredients contained in the kimchi. According to professional analysis method, there are about 50 kinds of chemical analysis of the causes of odor generated from Kimchi.
As mentioned above, whether the kimchi is stored in a conventional refrigerator or the kimchi is stored using a fermentation and storage device for kimchi, the commonly used kimchi deodorant is generally used. Kimchi deodorant prepared for general foods stored in the general purpose or the conventional refrigerator is insufficient to remove the smell of kimchi.
In order to effectively remove the smell of kimchi, first of all, it is a preliminary problem to understand the main components of the odor generated from kimchi, especially the fermented kimchi.
An object of the present invention to provide a kimchi deodorant to effectively remove the smell of kimchi.
Kimchi deodorant according to the present invention may be used in a conventional refrigerator or may be used in kimchi fermentation and storage.
Kimchi deodorant according to the present invention is 70 to 75% of activated carbon, composed of weight percent; 17-23% of palladium-impregnated activated carbon; 3 to 7% of manganese-copper impregnated activated carbon; The palladium-impregnated activated carbon comprises 0.5 to 3% of palladium chloride by weight of the activated carbon; The manganese-copper impregnated activated carbon includes 0.5 to 2% of manganese and 0.3 to 1% of copper by weight of the activated carbon.
Various kinds can be used as the activated carbon, and it is preferable to use activated carbon obtained by burning a palm shell.
Chemical analysis of the odor generated from kimchi reveals the chemicals that cause the odor. The main components of the kimchi odor are methyl mercaptan, trimethyl amine and ethylene. The chemical component of the methyl system is odor which is excellently adsorbed on activated carbon, and ethylene is odor which is not adsorbed on activated carbon.
1 is a view showing a kimchi deodorant package according to the present invention
2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A of FIG.
The present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Chemically analyzing the odor generated from fermented kimchi can be analyzed with dozens of odor causing substances, and the main components of odor generated from kimchi can be divided into methyl mercaptin, trimethylamine, and ethylene. The odor of the methyl system is excellent in the degree of adsorption on activated carbon, especially in the case of methyl mercaptin. Ethylene is a odor that is poorly adsorbed on activated carbon.
Activated carbon used in the kimchi deodorant of the present invention is mainly for adsorption of the odor of the methyl system, as the material of the activated carbon may be various materials such as charcoal. It is preferable to use activated carbon using a palm shell. It is preferable to make activated carbon about 70 to 75% of a kimchi deodorant by weight%.
Odor, such as ethylene, is a component of odor that is poorly adsorbed on activated carbon. Therefore, it is preferable to add palladium impregnated activated carbon or manganese / copper impregnated activated carbon for the odor which is not adsorbed to activated carbon. Palladium-impregnated activated carbon is made by mixing PdCl with activated carbon. At this time, it is preferable to make palladium chloride at 0.5 to 3% of the weight of activated carbon. Manganese-copper-impregnated activated carbon is formed by mixing manganese (Mn) and copper (Cu) with activated carbon, and manganese and copper are mixed at 0.5 to 2% and 0.3 to 1% of the weight of activated carbon, respectively.
Kimchi deodorant is prepared by mixing the respective components prepared as described above, wherein the components constituting the kimchi deodorant are by weight% Kimchi Deodorant: Palladium Impregnated Activated Carbon: Manganese and Copper Impregnated Activated Carbon: 70-75%: 17-23 %: It is 3 to 7%.
1 and 2, Figure 1 is a view showing a kimchi deodorant package according to the present invention and Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A of FIG. Kimchi deodorant package 10 is made by packing the kimchi deodorant (11) in a nonwoven fabric 12, usually, in order to prevent the components of the kimchi deodorant from leaking out of the nonwoven fabric (12) is usually mixed with a certain form Mold to hold. As the binder, polyethylene or polypropylene is preferable. The periphery of the nonwoven fabric 12 is fused by heat fusion.
The test conditions of the kimchi deodorant prepared as described above, first, put the kimchi deodorant in a 3L tetrabag and injects 2L of methylmecaptan gas, the initial concentration is maintained at 5,000PPM. After 30 minutes, the gas concentration inside is measured using a detection tube. After the measurement, the residual gas inside was discharged, and then 5,000 PPM of methylmecaptan gas was injected again, and the same process was performed three times. Each time, a gas having a concentration of 40 PPM or less and a gas removal rate of 99% or more is taken as a finished product, where the removal rate (%) = (initial concentration: concentration after 30 minutes) / initial concentration × 100 is obtained by a formula.
Kimchi deodorant according to the present invention is made by mixing the material that can be removed by adsorbing the main component of the odor generated from kimchi has an excellent effect in removing the smell of kimchi.
